At Ritvi, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Shiprocket and its trusted courier network to ensure reliable delivery across India.
We currently ship across India.
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–3 business days
- Other Cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: Up to 7 business days
Most orders are processed and dispatched on the same day, allowing us to begin the delivery process without unnecessary delays.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, courier service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Most orders are processed and dispatched on the same day. However, dispatch times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹799.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders with a value of ₹799 or below.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
For all COD orders:
- An additional ₹50 COD handling charge applies.
- A non-refundable booking amount of ₹119 must be paid in advance to confirm your order. This helps us reduce fake and unaccepted COD orders.
Express Shipping will be available soon.
Please note that Express Shipping will not be available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

- Visiting the Order Tracking page on our website.
- Using the tracking link sent to you after your order is dispatched.
- Tracking your shipment through the courier partner assigned via Shiprocket.

Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you with the pickup details.
Every order is packed with great care to ensure it reaches you safely. Our packaging is secure and designed to protect your products during transit.
As a small token of appreciation, we may also include complimentary gifts with selected orders.
Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the order will be returned to us (Return to Origin).
- For COD Orders: The ₹119 booking amount paid to confirm your order is non-refundable.
- For Prepaid Orders: Once the returned order is received by us, the order value will be refunded after deducting the applicable shipping and return shipping charges, if any.
